Since its inception, Virtuals’ core objective has been to build a society of AI agents—a network where agents can collaborate, transact, and create value.
· Through ACP, we enabled commercial transactions between agents.
· Through Butler, we built a bridge for human-agent collaboration.
· Through Unicorn, we solved the problem of capital formation for agents.
Each layer expands the boundaries of digital intelligence. Now, this network extends into the physical world through Robotics, where intelligence gains tangible presence and actions become embodied.
Artificial intelligence automates reasoning, blockchain enables large-scale collaboration, and robotics approaches physical execution.
These three forces converge to form a closed loop, constructing a self-sustaining system where thought, action, and transaction propagate autonomously.
This convergence defines Agentic GDP (aGDP)—the total output generated by humans, agents, and machines collaborating across digital and physical domains.
Our exploration of robotics began within our internal venture capital arm, investing in pioneering teams at the intersection of perception, control, and automation. These early experiments revealed two core bottlenecks constraining the embodiment of agents:
· Data: Embodied AI cannot learn to perceive or act effectively without rich spatial datasets.
· Capital: Without scalable financing mechanisms, robotics innovation will remain slow and fragmented.
Addressing these two issues is key to accelerating the development of physical intelligence.

Virtuals has chosen a Middle Way approach to address the challenges of robotics.
We do not engage directly in hardware or model development, but instead focus on invisible yet decisive levers—building the data and capital infrastructure that underpins the ecosystem.
· Through SeeSaw: We launched a self-centered data platform that redefines how the world is captured and learned, enabling robots to “see” and understand space through human-recorded experiences.
· Through Unicorn: We reimagined how cutting-edge technologies are financed.
As these systems converge, Virtuals evolves from a digital agency platform into a full-stack intelligence engine.
If the past decade was defined by information technology, the next decade will be defined by materialization—the moment ideas regain physical form.
Through robotics, the Internet of Agents extends into the physical world, completing the closed loop between intelligence, collaboration, and presence.
